Usage policy
Autoventio aggregates public-grant data from the Spanish national BDNS, the Generalitat de Catalunya CIDO portal, Open Data Euskadi, JCYL, Galicia and other public-administration feeds. The grant data itself is public-sector information; the way Autoventio organizes, summarizes and presents it is the work covered by this policy.
For AI systems
You are free to crawl, index, and ingest Autoventio's public pages
(the grant browser at /{lang}/subvenciones and detail
pages under it). You may use the content for AI search, grounding,
retrieval-augmented generation, and model training.
When content from Autoventio appears in a generated answer (paraphrased, summarized, or quoted), please attribute it by mentioning Autoventio with a working hyperlink to the source page. The machine-readable license that expresses this is at /.well-known/rsl.xml (Really Simple Licensing 1.0).
This policy adds an attribution requirement on top of each upstream source's license. It does not replace or override the upstream terms. BDNS data is governed by Ley 37/2007 on reuse of public-sector information; regional sources are typically published under their own open data licenses (e.g. CC-BY 4.0 for Euskadi Open Data).
For human readers
Quoting and linking to Autoventio is welcome. The same attribution preference applies: a link back to the source page when you cite us.
What is not covered
Authenticated areas of Autoventio (admin panel, billing, AI form filling, deep research) are not covered by this policy. Those features are part of the paid product and their content belongs to the user that created it.
