Data controller

Autoventio is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question please write to autoventio@metodian.com.

What we collect

On the public grant site we collect the minimum needed to make the search work:

• Anonymized search queries (not linked to any identity).
• IP addresses and user agents in server logs for 30 days, only to detect abuse.
• If you sign up: email, hashed password, and the company data you choose to save.
• We do not use tracking cookies nor advertising profiles.

Legal basis

We process public-site data under the legitimate interest of providing the service (GDPR art. 6.1.f). For user accounts the basis is contract performance (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, restrict, and port your data. You can exercise them by writing to autoventio@metodian.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

The public site uses no third-party tracking or analytics cookies. We only use strictly necessary cookies to maintain a session when you sign in to an account.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals

We honour the Do Not Track (DNT: 1) and Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) headers. Because we do not run third-party tracking, both signals do not change our behaviour: we already meet their intent by default.
